On March 11th at 10:15 am, security from a business in the 800 block of Rosser Avenue called to report a male, who they say had been banned from the business, was yelling at security staff. A 38-year-old male was arrested. Brandon police say he allegedly assaulted a security officer by bending their thumb back, and when lodged in cells at Brandon Police Service, he allegedly damaged a security camera. The accused was later released for court on April 29th, 2024.

On March 11th at 2:14 pm, police conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of Van Horne Avenue. A 27-year-old male driver was arrested for impaired driving. Police say he also had an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court, and provided breath samples just over the legal limit. He was later released for court on March 21st, 2024. A 22-year-old female passenger in the vehicle was also arrested. Police say she provided a false name, and was found to be on a court order not to consume alcohol. She was after released for court on May 23rd, 2024.
Arrest Warrants:
-On March 12th at 02:12 am, police attended to a residence in the 800 block of Frederick Street as they were aware the resident had an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court. A 33-year-old female was arrested and released for court on April 22nd, 2024.
-On March 12th at 01:15 am, police conducted a traffic stop in the 600 block of 14th Street. A 38-year-old male was arrested as he had an outstanding warrant for possession of property obtained by crime. He was released for court on April 25th, 2024.
