On March 17th at 2:47 pm, a business in the 900 block of Victoria Avenue called to report a male had just stolen $100 worth of cosmetic and grocery items. A 42-year-old male was arrested in the area for Theft Under $5000. He was released for court on May 13th, 2024. The stolen items were returned to the business.

On March 17th at 9:36 pm, Brandon police received a call from a resident in the 1000 block of 6th Street reporting a female squatting in their shed. The female would yell profanities at the homeowner when she was asked to leave. A 32-year-old female was arrested for public mischief as she provided a false name to police. She was later released for court on May 27th, 2024.

On March 17th at 9:58 pm, a resident in the 1200 block of 9th Street reported an intoxicated male had uttered threats at her two teenage sons when they were out for a walk. A 20-year-old male was arrested, and he was also found to have an outstanding warrant for assault causing bodily harm. He will be released in the morning for court on May 21st, 2024.

On March 18th at 01:49 am, Brandon police received a call of an intoxicated female walking into traffic in the 500 block of Douglas Street. A 47-year-old female was arrested and will be released in the morning.

On March 18th at 05:57 am, police received a call from an employee of a business in the 00 block of 18th Street reporting their vehicle had just been stolen. The vehicle is a black 2009 BMW X3 sport utility vehicle. This incident is still under investigation.
