On March 24th at 07:20 am, Brandon police were called to a disturbance at a residence in White Swan Trailer Court. Police say a 25-year-old intoxicated female was arrested. She had allegedly assaulted her 25-year-old boyfriend and his mother. No serious injuries were reported. The accused will be released in the morning for court on June 3rd, 2024.

On March 24 at 6:52 pm, police conducted a traffic stop in the 1300 block of 5th Street. Police say all four female occupants of the vehicle were arrested for suspicion of drug trafficking. A 27-year-old female allegedly had 17 grams of meth on her person. Police later conducted a search warrant at her residence in the 600 block of 10th Street where officers reportedly located 130 grams of meth, a small amount of fentanyl, a machete, and numerous rounds of ammunition. Police say another occupant of the vehicle, a 30-year-old female, lived at this same address. Both females are charged with weapons offenses and possession of Cocaine and Methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking. They will appear in court on June 13th, 2024. A 34-year-old female and a 36-year-old female who were in the vehicle were released with no charges.

On March 24th at 6:08 pm, police received a call reporting a male was thrashing around on the ground in the Brandon Police Service parking lot. Police say a 47-year-old intoxicated male was arrested and will be released in the morning.

On March 24th at 7:59 pm, a female turned herself into Brandon Police as she was aware there was an outstanding warrant for breaching her probation. A 28-year-old female was arrested and held for court on March 25th, 2024.
