Hail to the New King & Queen Farmer!  

Sean and Kristi-Lyn Buckley of Deer Meadow Farms in Oak Lake have been crowned the King and Queen Farmer for 2022.

Congratulations to all the nominees and finalists and thanks to the friends and families who nominated this year’s candidates. Thousands of votes were cast and Sean and Kristi Buckley won a slim majority. The 2022 King and Queen will receive prizes from some great Westman Businesses, including: Virden Recreation & Watersport, Brandon Bearing, Drummond Farm Service, M&M Food Market, H&L Motors in Glenboro and the Co-ops of Westman, including Heritage, Twin Valley, Valleyview, Boundary and Pembina.
