Brandon police arrested two men, aged 41 and 43, on several charges after seizing millions of dollars worth of drugs.
On Tuesday (July 28), officers conducted a traffic stop on Highway 1, just west of the city, when a search of the vehicle turned up 76 kilograms of illegal drugs.
It's believed the substances found include 50 kilograms of Ecstasy, and 26 kilograms of a variation of substances combined with fentanyl.
Officers estimate the value of the drugs to be over $3-million if sold by the kilo, however the ‘street value' could be well over five times that amount.
The two face charges of possession for the purpose of trafficking MDMA and fentanyl, and two counts of trafficking MDMA.
