Mandatory 14-day quarantine for all returning travelers

The COVID-19 emergency aid package has officially been passed as it received royal assent Wednesday (Mar 25).
The package, worth $82-billion dollars, includes a number of measures to help businesses and workers in the Country.
Changes were made Tuesday (Mar 24) to remove the Liberals' ability to raise taxes unilaterally, and shortened the period they could make emergency spending decisions, without Parliament's approval, from two years to six months.
The federal government expects to begin sending out payments to those who have lost their jobs due to the pandemic or are stuck at home starting April 6th.
The federal government also announced all returning travelers will have to enter a mandatory 14-day quarantine as of midnight tonight.
