The annual Monster Mash is all set to take place on Halloween night in the Manitoba Room at the Keystone Centre in Brandon.
It's a safe, fun and free place for students to gather.
As many as 700 grade 7 to 12 students from the Brandon School Division will take part in Monster Mash. Since inception incidents of vandalism on Brandon streets have significantly been reduced.
Monster Mash Committee member Myrtle Hudson says with the help of volunteers, the Brandon Police Service and donations from the public and community businesses the event is a success every year.
Monster Mash is on from 6:30 to 11 pm on Thursday night at the Keystone Centre. If you would like to donate to Monster Mash or volunteer contact Constable Kirby Sararas or Constable Travis Foster at the Brandon Police Service.
