Assiniboine Community College’s Continuing Studies department has launched its new fall guide.
The college says its latest Continuing Studies guide is available in an entirely digital format and full of courses and programs for those looking to add a new credential or competency to their resume, prepare for a change in careers, or explore a new hobby.
The online programs and courses are designed to meet students where and when they can get the most from their experience-often, at home. These online learning opportunities are in partnership with academic organizations UGotClass and Ed2Go. Through these partnerships, Assiniboine is offering over 200 courses across a range of topics from Ed2Go including how to produce a podcast, learn about in energy medicine or gain a certificate in nutrition, chronic disease and Health Promotion.
A further ten certificate programs are available through the UGotClass platform, in addition to existing Continuing Studies online programs and courses. These range from a certificate in accounting and finance for non-financial managers through to project management and online teaching.
The digital guide simplifies the research process, enabling prospective students to click on programs and details throughout the guide and be taken directly to relevant webpages.
