On June 23, 2022 shortly after midnight, Brandon police responded to a report of a driver passed out while in the drive-thru of a restaurant in the 1900 block of Richmond Avenue. Police say a 47-year-old male driver from Saskatchewan was arrested, and breath samples provided later were reportedly more than twice the legal limit. The suspect was lodged at Brandon Police Service and will be released on sober to appear in court on June 30, 2022 on charges of Driving While Ability Impaired and Driving with More than 80 mgs of Alcohol in the Blood.

On June 23, 2022 at approximately 1:00 am, police conducted a traffic stop at Pacific Avenue and Westcott Bay. Police say a 27-year-old male driver showed signs of impairment and provided samples of his breath, which were over the legal limit. He was processed by way of Immediate Roadside Prohibition.

On June 14, 2022, Brandon police responded to a report of theft of merchandise from a business in the 900 block of 18th Street N. According to police, images from the business security system assisted officers in identifying a suspect. Police located and arrested the 35-year-old man on June 23, 2022. He was later released to appear in court on August 14, 2022 on a charge of Theft Under $5000.

On June 22, 2022 at approximately 7:00 am, Brandon police responded to a report of a disturbance at a business in the 1900 block of Queens Avenue. A 30-year-old man was allegedly running around with a hunting knife before he was locked outside the business. Police say the suspect fled, and was not immediately located. Then at around 3:00 pm, the suspect reportedly returned to the business. Police attended and arrested a man they say was under the influence of illicit drugs. He was lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.

Police located a 23-year-old woman they say was in no condition to care for herself, and she had nowhere to go. She was lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.

On June 23, 2022 shortly before 3:00 am, Brandon police responded to a report of a man who was passed out in front of a residence in the 400 block of 11th Street. Police located a 20-year-old man who they say was in no condition to care for himself, and had nowhere to go as he had a rural address. He was lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.
