Prairie Mountain Health has released the COVID-19 vaccination clinic schedule for December 6th to the 11th.
Clinics below are for ALL ages 5 years old and up and for first, second and third doses if eligible. Clinics will also be a combination of walk-in and booked appointments or strictly walk-in as indicated below.** Individuals can book for other people but require the client’s Manitoba Health card number.

First-dose eligibility:
Pfizer vaccine 5 years old and up
Moderna vaccine 18 years and older
Second-dose eligibility:
At least 28 days after your 1st dose
Third-dose eligibility
At least 6 months after your 2nd dose AND 18 years and older

Consent forms are required for all COVID doses. Please bring forms to appointments.
