Clinics are for all ages, 5 years and up, and for first, second and third doses

Prairie Mountain Health has released the COVID-19 vaccination clinics schedule for January 3 to 9, 2022.

The clinics are for ALL ages, 5 years old and up, and for first, second and third doses if eligible. Clinics will be a combination of walk-in and booked appointments. Individuals can book for other people but require the client's Manitoba Health card number.

Brandon – Keystone Centre Vaccine Site (enter off of 13th St)
Tues. Jan. 4 – Noon to 7 pm 
Wed. Jan. 5 – Noon to 7 pm
Thurs. Jan. 6 – Noon to 7 pm
Sat. Jan. 8 – 10:30 am to 5:30 pm

Dauphin – Ukrainian Orthodox Hall – 304 Whitmore Ave E
Wed. Jan. 5 1:30 am to 6:30 pm
Sun. Jan. 9 – 10:30 am to 4:30 pm

Deloraine – Deloraine Winchester Community Complex – 119 Lake St N
Thurs. Jan. 6 – 11 am to 6 pm 

Killarney – Shamrock Centre – 725 Broadway Ave
Fri. Jan. 7 – 11 am - 6 pm 

Neepawa – Yellowhead Centre Hall – 175 Mountain Ave
Fri. Jan. 7 – 11 am to 6 pm 

Swan River – Veterans Hall – 119 6th Ave N
Thurs. Jan. 6 – 11 am to 6 pm 

You can book your appointment for ANY of the COVID doses based on the eligibility below either online at https://patient.petal-health.com/login?groupId=6032 or by calling (toll-free) 1-844-626-8222.

First-dose eligibility:
Pfizer vaccine 5 years old and up
Moderna vaccine 18 years and older

Second-dose eligibility:
At least 28 days after your 1st dose 

Third-dose eligibility:
At least 6 months after your 2nd dose AND 18 years and older. EXCEPTION: Anyone aged 60 or older or those aged 18 or older who live in a First Nations community who received their second dose on or before July 10 can now receive their third dose.

Consent forms are required for all COVID doses. Please bring forms to appointments.

o Copies of the consent forms are also available at PMH Health Care facilities, PMH community town & RM offices, and at the clinic site.

Please note that the COVID vaccine will also be offered through physicians' offices and pharmacies.
