Almost two-thirds of parents believe kids returning to school in the fall should wear masks – at least part of the time.
A new Leger poll also found 41% of us say children should be required to wear a mask while on the bus – or in school – while another 21% said yes to masks, but only when a student is outside of class during recess, lunch or if on the bus. 28% said masks should be optional.
In Manitoba – 34% of parents said masks should be mandatory in school and on the bus – while 50% said masks should be optional.
A large number of Canadian parents (62%) are still worried about sending their kids back to school this fall.
