Some of us jump out of Bed at 4 am, some burn that Midnight Oil. Which one are you?

Are you a night owl or a early bird?

Early to bed early to rise make... what exactly?

Oh, how I pine for those lost days of Youth. Eating WHATEVER you want (and never having to loosen the belt!), Summers truly OFF, and most importantly... sleeping ALL DAY. Teenagers are naturally nocturnal. My Nieces barely recall that there is a Sun in the sky, after all, with the right filter on your instagram, it's always sunny out. As we (Ahem) gracefully age most of us move away from our night time predications and are forced to embrace the daylight. Some... but not ALL of us.

Humanity, I'm told, can be neatly split into two camps. Morning People or "Larks" and Night people or "Owls" - but which has it better?

Multiple studies and a quick Google search (links below) suggest that Owls are more creative... more intelligent AND have increased mental stamina late in the day when compared to Larks. Some research suggests the may actually get a burst of late-night physical strength and make better Professional baseball Players?!?  — at least according to a study of MLB players.

On the other hand a similar search on the benefits of being a Lark show.... you're more likely to exercise and eat breakfast. That's about it. No Superior Physical prowess or Mental discipline - YOU simply have no excuse not to go to the Gym.

If anyone needs me, I'm going back to bed.
