I came across an article this morning that reminded me that generally people are good and will go above and beyond whenever they are able. A patron at a juice bar in Florida recently left a tip for $2021.00 on a $72.00 sale. Staff thought it must be a mistake and pointed it out to the customer, who is a regular in the establishment. The customer confirmed that there was no mistake and they meant to leave the huge gratuity to help the staff start the new year off right. The tip was split between all 25 of the cafe's staff. I remember waitressing in a local bar many years ago and receiving a $20.00 tip once, I was over the moon. Have you ever been in an overly generous mood and left a huge tip at a local establishment?
