The Garden Is Growing, Time To Think Of Canning

Many of you know that I started my first ever big vegetable garden this year! So far, I think I am crushing it. Everything is growing great, made a few mistakes like planting thee entire pack of zucchini seeds but I now have notes for next year. Now I am trying to figure out what I am going to make with my harvest this year. It was pretty easy to settle on canning. Pickles, salsa and relish I could do with what I have planted. I have never canned anything before in my life so that leaves me with a lot of research to do, recipes to look up and tips and tricks to try and find. The number one thing I am worried about: Botulism. Maybe I am overthinking this but it is an actual concern for me! How to prevent Botulism in your canning journey. If I fail at canning or my garden takes a 180, where in Westman can I get the best fresh produce?
