I considered myself an expert in cleaning my teeth because I have been doing it twice a day for 23 years, but apparently I’ve been doing it wrong this whole time!
When I clean my teeth I go in the order of 1) Brush, 2) Floss and 3) Mouthwash. But apparently that is wrong!
The correct order to clean your teeth is actually 1) Mouthwash 2) Floss and 3) Brush
If you use Mouthwash at the end it washes away the fluoride from the toothpaste. For the full story click here
