There’s nothing quite like the smell of a Barbecue. We’ve all been there. You step outside and there it is, that delicious aroma wafting over from your neighbor’s grill. It smells so good that, at this point, you have two options. You can try to wrangle an invitation to dinner, or you can fire up your own BBQ and cook up a feast. Grill creativity is not one of my finer points. I pretty much stick to the basics, hotdogs, hamburgers, steak. I would love to be able to grill perfect ribs, shrimp, shish-kabobs etc. I can, however, cook a mean pizza on the BBQ. It takes a lot of timing, turning, and watching, but the results are amazing. Maybe it’s time I learned some new BBQ recipes. What’s your favorite food to cook on the BBQ?
