I'm gonna be bluntly honest with y'all tonight; I've been having a low-grade, constant panic attack for the better course of the evening. I suppose it comes hand in hand with having both depression AND an anxiety disorder. They can be triggered by the smallest things...to someone like me, one thing snowballs into a another. We try to stop it, but it keeps on growing and growing, until you're having a hard time breathing. Where it's taking all of your energy to seem "normal".
Do you have any methods for dealing with panic attacks, if you experience them? I think I could use a few suggestions.
