Winnipeg, MB (CKLQ) – The Brandon Bobcats women’s volleyball team managed to come back from 2-0 down to force a fifth set, but lost 15-12 in that set to the Manitoba Bisons.
The Bisons won the first two sets in convincing matter, but let the Bobcats come back to force the fifth and deciding set.
The Bisons were the one to get their fourth win of the year, moving to 4-7 while Brandon drops to 3-8 on the year.
Meanwhile the men’s volleyball team continued their strong year with a 3-0 win over Manitoba.
Elliot Viles had 14 kills in the win, to move the Bobcats to 9-2 on the year.
Manitoba falls to 4-7.
Both teams will play in Winnipeg once again on Saturday.
