Two new COVID-19 cases have been identified in Manitoba increasing the province’s total to 306, in the Prairie Mountain Health region the total remains at 26.
Health officials say six active cases are left with no patients in the hospital of intensive care. The number of deaths due to the virus remains at seven, while 293 people have recovered.
As of Tuesday (June 16), a total of 55,097 tests have been conducted at the Cadham Provincial Lab.
Meanwhile the province is set to begin Phase 3 of the Restoring Safe Services plans this Sunday, June 21.
