Ok, this is a game changer. To heck with those old fashioned gingerbread houses, this year, I’m making a charcuterie chalet.
Being a huge fan of various smoked meats/cheeses, not to mention the delicious things that generally accompany them, this seems like something fun and unique that would be enjoyed by pretty much anyone, at ANY function…but I’m definately making one for Christmas.
What do you think? Is charcuterie chalet > gingerbread house? Let me know!
