According to Doctor and TikTok star Doctor Jess, she says that wearing socks to bed could help you fall asleep faster
In her TikTok video, she says “Wearing socks makes your feet warm, and this opens up the blood vessels that cools the body down. The body being cool tells the brain that it’s time for bed. So actually, people that wear socks tend to fall asleep faster.”
I’m a little skeptical. However, I like to think of myself being an open-minded person so in the name of science I will try and go to bed tonight wearing a pair of socks
