Hats Off To Volunteers

Volunteers are so vital to any community or organization and this week we get to salute them during National Volunteers Week.  Westman has always been synonymous with a dedicated volunteer base always willing to step up to the challenge and get the job done.  One of my favorite volunteer groups is the Brandon Bear Clan.  These dedicated volunteers spend hours upon hours making sure marginalized people in our community are safe and have essentials needed to survive.  Let’s take a moment this week to recognize how lucky we are as a community to have the dedication of many willing volunteers.
