COVID-19 Moderna Vaccine Pop Up clinics have been scheduled in Russell and Swan River for Thursday, May 6th
They’ll operate from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm. Russell clinic is at the George P. Buleziuk Centre, 106 Shell River Ave. S and the Swan River clinic is at the Veterans Hall 119 6th Ave N.

A reminder to those attending Pop Up Vaccine Clinics:
• Arrive only 10 minutes before your appointment.
• If you arrive earlier, please stay in your vehicle until 10 minutes before your appointment to prevent long lineups.
• Wear a short-sleeve shirt

Copies of the consent forms are also available at PMH Health Care facilities and PMH community town & RM offices for pick up.
