Creature Comforts

I am far from high maintenance.  I’ve never needed a big fancy house or the newest luxury vehicle.  The latest and best have just never been a high priority for me.  Our cabin is small and modest providing just the necessities for weekend getaways.  There are, however, two creature comforts that are must haves for me.  One is my dishwasher, the other is air conditioning.  This weekend, just as we embarked on the warmest Spring temperatures so far and forecasts in the 30’s for the next couple of days, our air conditioning conked out.  There are so many fans running at our house that I can barely hear myself think.  The only thing cold at our house are the looks Ed gets from me for not being able to get in touch with “the guy” he has in his phone list to come and fix these things for us.  Thankfully there is an abundance of great businesses in Brandon specifically qualified to take care of these things.
