A 51-year-old man was killed in motorcycle crash on Highway 31, south of Darlingford, Manitoba, Saturday (July 17) afternoon.
Pembina Valley RCMP say their investigation has determined the motorcycle was travelling northwest on a curve, when it left the roadway, and struck an approach. The driver was then thrown from the bike.
Police say he was wearing a helmet and was pronounced dead at the scene.
A RCMP Forensic Collision Reconstructionist is assisting with the ongoing investigation.
Darlingford is located roughly190 kilometres southeast of Brandon.
