If you don’t have a Manitoba health card, you can still get your COVID-19 vaccination card and the QR digital bar code.
You must have had two doses, in any combination, of the Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna or Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccines or a single dose of Johnson & Johnson. The last shot must be at least two weeks before you apply.
Manitobans vaccinated outside the province will need to provide proof to public health and the data must be recorded.
You must call public health to get the vaccine card at 1-844-626-8222 – you cannot apply online.
On Friday, proof of double vaccinated will be required to attend sporting events and concerts, indoor theatre and dance performances, restaurants, nightclubs, movie theatres and casinos.
