The Victoria Inn is thanking everyone for supporting its ‘Rib Fundraiser’ for the victims of the Pacific Avenue condo fire, and because of the incredible outpouring of support, will extend the campaign through the winter.
In a news release, the Victoria Inn says “we are excited to announce the launch of a new campaign to continue giving back. Each Thursday for November, December and January, $5.00 from every rib dinner purchased will be given to a selected charity. The organization we have chosen for the month of November is the United Way.
The United Way represents all local individuals and works with the community to disperse funds where needed. With the community’s help we look forward to a successful month of showing that Brandon Cares.”
The Victoria Inn held three rib dinners for fire evacuees and donated a total of $6,670 to the ‘United Way Fire Relief Fund’.
