On November 2, 2021, Brandon police responded to a report of an individual who allegedly refused to leave a business in the 700 block of 10th Street, even after employees requested they do so shortly before 7:00 am. Police say the female suspect initially provided officers with a name that was not her own, and once police learned her identity, they learned that she was to abide by conditions not to attend the business. A 23-year-old woman was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service. She was later released to appear in court on December 30, 2021 on charges of Fail to comply with Undertaking and Public Mischief.

On November 2, 2021, police responded to a report of a male screaming and yelling inside a business in the 700 block of 10th Street at approximately 2:30 pm. A 29-year-old man was found allegedly to be under the influence of illicit drugs. He was lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.

On November 2, 2021, Brandon police responded to a report of an individual allegedly passed out behind a business in the 000 block of 9th Street at approximately 3:30 pm. Police say a 23-year-old man was lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.

On March 3, 2021, police received a complaint of a sexual assault that occurred approximately 1 month earlier. Following an investigation into the allegations, and after consultation with the Crown Attorney’s office, police have arrested a 14-year-old male youth after he attended to Brandon Police Service accompanied by a parent. He was later released to appear in court on November 30, 2021 on a charge of Sexual Assault.

On November 2, 2021, Brandon police located and arrested a 23-year-old female who was wanted on outstanding charges of Fail to Comply with Release Order. She was later released to appear in court on December 30, 2021.

On November 2, 2021, police responded to a report of a vehicle parked in a private lot in the 1800 block of Middleton Avenue for approximately a month. The property owner was seeking permission to have it towed; however police confirmed that the vehicle, a white Ford F250 was stolen from Steinbach. The vehicle was seized by police.
