On February 7, 2022, at 9:15 am, Swan River RCMP were contacted by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner to advise that a 38-year-old male, from Brandon, who had arrived in hospital in Swan River on January 29, and later transferred to Brandon, had died as a result of his injuries.
The death is considered suspicious.
Swan River RCMP, along with Major Crime Services and RCMP Forensic Identification Services continue to investigate.
No other details are available at this time.
