It’s going to snowy for most of the week.
A Colorado Low, lurking in the U-S, is expected to move into the Brandon area on Tuesday.
Environment Canada meteorologist Shannon Moody says, “Most of the really bad weather is going to fall south of the border, but it’s typical with these Colorado Lows that some of it is going to sneak into southern Manitoba.”
She says on Tuesday, the Brandon region could see 2 to 4 cm, “and then Tuesday night into Wednesday does look to be when the heaviest snow could fall, so that’s when we could get more significant accumulations.”
The forecast calls for more snow on Thursday and flurries for Friday before a return to sunshine on the weekend.
