The City of Brandon is inviting all residents to attend the unveiling of the Brandon Municipal Airport Aviation Wall of Fame on Wednesday, June 28, 2023, from 2 to 3 p.m. The ceremony will take place in the arrival hall of the Brandon Municipal Airport.
The Brandon Municipal Airport Aviation Wall of Fame recognizes and commemorates those who have made outstanding contributions to Brandon Airport’s long history and successes in aviation.
This year, we are pleased to announce the following nominees will be added to the Aviation Wall of Fame:
• Edward Robert McGill
• James Douglas Wall
Through their leadership in aviation Mr. McGill and Mr. Wall spearheaded the building of significant aviation programs at Brandon Municipal Airport, through their contributions to the Brandon Flying Club and Maple Leaf Aviation Ltd.
