On October 17, 2023, at approximately 12:30 pm, Brandon police responded to a report of a female in the washroom of a business in the 1500 block of 12th Street. Police say employees attempted to check on her after she had been in there for a considerable length of time by knocking on the door, but she would not respond. A 44-year-old female emerged from the washroom on her own, and police say they learned that she was wanted on outstanding charges of Fail to Attend Court. She was arrested and later released to appear in court on December 5, 2023.

On October 17, 2023, police located and arrested a 21-year-old male who was wanted on outstanding charges of Fail to Attend. He was later released to appear in court on November 16, 2023.

On October 17, 2023, at approximately 4:00 pm, Brandon police observed a 19-year-old male in the 800 block of Pacific Avenue, who was known to them to be wanted on outstanding charges of Fail to Attend Court. Upon his arrest, police found he was in possession of Identification which had been reported stolen. He was lodged at Brandon Police Service and will appear in court today on additional charges of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime.

On October 17, 2023, at approximately 6:30 pm, police responded to a report of an intoxicated male in the area of Darrach Bay. Police located the 35-year-old male who was in no condition to care for himself. He was lodged at Brandon Police Service and will be released once sober.

On October 17, 2023, shortly before 11:00 pm, Brandon police conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of 10th Street. Investigation revealed that one of the passengers was to abide by conditions not to communicate with another passenger. A 30-year-old female was arrested and later released to appear in court on November 16, 2023, on a charge of Fail to Comply with Probation.

On October 17, 2023, at approximately 10:30 pm, police received information that a 17-year-old female had failed to be at her residence in compliance with her daily curfew. The female was located and arrested shortly after 4:00 am. She was released to appear in court on December 19, 2023, on a charge of Fail to Comply with Undertaking.
