Noah Bishop from ADM Fertilizer starts the program in the FCC Theatre on Wednesday, January 17th at 9:30 am as part of the Manitoba Crop Alliance Program. Dr. Derek Brewin discusses grain rail transportation at 10:25 am and David Whetter talks tile at 11:20 am. The afternoon focuses on Embracing Innovation, beginning at 1:00 pm with Matt Yanick discussing retro-fitting existing equipment with today’s technology. The tech focus continues with a precision ag and drones before featured speaker Jim Carroll takes the stage at 3:30 pm with a session titled AI in Ag: Transforming the World’s Oldest Profession.
On Wednesday morning the MNP Theatre program begins at 9:30 am with Darcy Herauf tackling the question On the Farm or in the Cloud? Then at 10:00 am Drew Lerner gives us his best predictions for the upcoming growing season and at 11:00 am ag influencers take the stage for Social: The Ag Connection. In the afternoon the Livestock Roundup takes over the theatre. At 1:00 pm Ben Hamm asks Is There Money in Beef? Professional rodeo announcer Brett Gardiner wraps up the afternoon program with his first Chase The Good tour date, right here at Ag Days, at 4:15 pm.
The Innovation Showcase judging will be complete and the winners will be announced at 10:00 am.
