So, I’m travelling to Dysart, Saskatchewan to see my niece’s daughter Ava skate in her yearly carnival, she is 8….awe! I am a former Skate Canada figure skater and Coach, from my small town, Baldur, Mb. And while I am so excited to see Ava skate, I am just as excited to have a Dysart rink burger! Yes, you heard me right, a good old-fashioned home-aid rink burger! You know what I am talking about, a home-aid patty, homemade bun, with all the fixings!
