-In the lone NHL playoff game Thursday night, The Toronto Maple Leafs beat the Bruins 2-1 last night to tie their series at three games apiece. The deciding Game 7 goes tomorrow night in Boston. Tonight, the Canucks can knock-off the Nashville Predators with a win; Vancouver leads the series 3-2 – and Dallas can advance with a win over Vegas. The Stars are also up 3-games-to-2.
-The Prince George Cougars beat the Portland Winterhawks 6-1 last night to stay alive in the WHL Western Conference Final. Portland leads 3-2. Tonight, the Saskatoon Blades host the Moose Jaw Warriors with the East Conference Final tied at 2.
-and Canada shutout Latvia 4-0 and will face Sweden Saturday in the semifinals at the 2024 World U18 Hockey Championship in Finland. The United States will meet Slovakia in the other semifinal.
