Arrest Warrants
On July 14th police located and arrested several individuals throughout the day who were wanted on outstanding charges:
A 34-year-old male will appear in court September 16th, 2024, on three charges of Theft Under $5000.
A 14-year-old male will appear in court July 15th, 2024, on Failure to Comply with an Undertaking.
A 33-year-old male will appear in court July 15th, 2024, on Failure to Comply with an Undertaking.
Bike Vs. Pedestrian Results In Arrest Warrant
On July 14th at 6:35PM police attended to a call of a bike vs. pedestrian accident. A 48-year-old male, uninjured, was on the bike and was found to have an unendorsed warrant and was lodged for court in the morning on July 15th, 2024.
Break And Enter With Intent / Failure to Comply With Release Order X2
On July 14th at 9:12PM police attended to a call of an unwanted male in the 2200 block of Rosser Avenue. Police found a window slightly open and upon entering found a highly intoxicated male of whom was not a resident. He was breaching his conditions not to consume alcohol and to be at his home residence between 9PM – 6AM. He was arrested and lodged for court in the morning on July 15th, 2024.
Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime/ Possession of Cocaine
On July 15th at 3:33AM a traffic stop was conducted in the 1700 block of Highland Avenue. As a result of the stop, approximately 9 oz. of cocaine and $4500 in cash was seized. A 30-year-old male was arrested and lodged for court in the morning on July 15th, 2024.
