This was my holiday sidekick, the fly! I must have swatted a hundred of them on my time off at Rock Lake. My family and I had company and we planned a picnic, well, guess who tagged along, uninvited–you got it, flies, and tons of them!!
I had decided I was going to spray the picnic table at our campsite with “Deep Woods”; I used almost a half a can, I did this just before our company arrived, and before I laid out the food..but alas, to no avail, they still made an appearance, and a pesky, persistent appearance! I was so ticked, I brought out the fly swatter and was swatting them outside! That was a full time job!
