The Brandon Police Service (BPS) is warning about a scam where a text is claiming “ALERT UNPAID TICKET.” Please disregard this message and DO NOT click any links. This is a fraudulent attempt to steal your information.
Important Reminder: The City only issues by-law tickets directly in person, to a vehicle, or by mail. (Below is an image of the scam message)

How to Pay a By-law Ticket: Visit City Hall at 410 9th Street, Brandon, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Pay at the Transit Information Center, located at 8th Street and Rosser Avenue. Note: Brandon Police Service does NOT process payment for by-law tickets.
You may also mail a cheque or money order (payable to the City of Brandon) to:
