CMA Awards

This year’s CMA awards are fast approaching.  The most prestigious event in Country music will be broadcast live from Bridgestone Arena in Nashville November 20th and will be co-hosted by Luke Bryan, Peyton Manning, and Lainey Wilson.  Morgan Wallen leads the nominations with 7, followed by Chris Stapleton and Cody Johnson with 5 each, while Post Malone and Lainey Wilson are up for 4 awards.  Wilson is the reigning Entertainer of the Year and if she scoops up that award again this year she will find herself in a very small and elite group of women who’ve won the award twice in a row.  The only other female artist to achieve this is Barbara Mandrell.  Should be quite a night!
