-The Toronto Argonauts won their second Grey Cup championship in three years with a 41-24 win over the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. It was the Bombers 5th straight appearance in the final and 3rd straight loss.
-The Brandon Wheat Kings snapped a three-game losing skid on Saturday beating the Regina Pats 4-3 in overtime. Brandon plays again Friday when they welcome the Tri-City Americans.
-The Brandon AAA U18 Wheat Kings dropped a 8-0 decision to the Interlake Lightning in Teulon on Sunday. Next action for the Wheat Kings is November 23rd as they host the Central Plains Capitals at J&G Homes Arena.
-The Winnipeg Jets are back in action tomorrow when they host the Panthers. Florida beat Winnipeg 5-0 on Saturday.
