-The Winnipeg Jets won their third straight game last night beating the Seattle Kraken 2-1. The Jets wrap up their homestand tomorrow against the Calgary Flames.
-The Brandon Wheat Kings road trip continues tonight – they’ll visit the Everett Silvertips. The Wheat Kings will be looking to extend their winning streak to 3 games.
-The Manitoba Colleges Athletic Conference Futsal season starts Saturday in Winnipeg. The Brandon University Bobcats have two games on tap. Both BU teams made it to the championship games last year. Assiniboine College will host the playoffs in mid-March.
-The Winnipeg Blue Bombers will open the 2025 CFL season at home against the BC Lions on June 12th. Winnipeg is also the host city for the 112th Grey Cup on November 16th.
