Arrest Warrant
On February 25th at 12:00PM a 19-year-old female turned herself in to Brandon Police Service (BPS) as she was aware of her endorsed Warrant of Arrest (Failure to Comply Probation). She was later released on Appearance Notice with a court date of April 22nd, 2025.
Arrest Warrant
On February 25th at 1:54PM Police attended Brandon Correctional Centre (BCC) and executed an unendorsed Warrant of Arrest (Failure to Comply Probation) on a 45-year-old male. He will attend court in the morning on February 26th, 2025.
Assault X2 / Failure to Comply Undertakings X2
On February 25th at 11:23AM Police attended a residence in the 800 block of Frederick Street for a disturbance. A 17-year-old female was found to have assaulted her mom and sister. She was arrested, brought to BPS and later released on an Undertaking. BPS member re-attended the home to serve the Notice to Parent and while on scene the female came back to the residence (in breach of the Undertaking she was just released on) and became belligerent to her mom causing a disturbance. She was arrested, held in detention cells and will attend court in the morning on February 26th, 2025.
Assault
On February 25th at 2:06PM Police responded to a disturbance beside BPS. A 39-year-old male yelled and screamed at the victim, 31-year-old female. The female had dropped some garbage on the street. He proceeded to shove her to the ground. The two are not known to each other. He was arrested and later released on an Undertaking with a court date of May 5th, 2025.
Arrest Warrant
On February 25th at 9:35PM Police noted a 36-year-old female at a business in the 900 block of Rosser. She was known to have two endorsed Warrants for Arrest. She was arrested and later released on an Appearance Notice with a court date of March 27th, 2025.
RCMP Arrest Warrant
On February 25th at 9:45PM Police noted a 31-year-old female at a business in the 000 block of 10th Street. She was known to have an endorsed RCMP Warrant. She was arrested and later released on an Appearance Notice with a court date of April 25th, 2025, in Russell, MB.
Mischief Under $5000
On February 26th at 4:15AM police were called to a disturbance in the 200 block of 3rd Street where an intoxicated individual had smashed a window. Police located and arrested the 22-year-old male around the 500 block of Louise Avenue. The male was medically cleared and held in detention cells to prevent further incidents. He will be released once sober via Undertaking with a court date of May 12th, 2025.
