Prairie Mountain Health has announced that the Brandon Regional Health Centre (BRHC) Emergency Department exit ramp will be closed for approximately 8 hours on Tuesday, March 25, starting at 9 am.
The west lane will remain open for ambulances exiting the ambulance bays. There will be no parking on the ramp for anyone.
If you are coming to the ER and your condition is non-critical, we ask that you use the BRHC main entrance doors.
The closure is necessary to allow a crane to position an air handling unit on the roof. This work is part of the ongoing National Association of Pharmacy Regulatory Authorities (NAPRA) project, which periodically requires lane closures on the ER ramp.
This project phase is expected to be completed in early spring of 2025, with the project being substantially completed by fall of 2025.
