RCMP have released a new photo of a 41-year-old man missing since September 18 and have expanded on his possible locations.
According to a release, RCMP received a missing persons report for Ernest Chartrand at about 3:45 PM on September 21, at which time he was believed to still be in the Dauphin area. RCMP have now pointed out he has family connections in the Winnipegosis and Camperville areas, but still has not made contact with friends or family.
Ernest is described as 5’6” tall, approximately 150 pounds with short black hair. He has one tooth missing on the right side and is usually clean shaven. He was last seen wearing a khaki shirt and vest, jeans and work boots.
