A Pride crosswalk in Souris was vandalized on Halloween night or early Saturday morning. Someone reportedly used a roller and white paint to cover the rainbow-coloured crosswalk in the town’s business district. There’s no word if the Souris RCMP have started an investigation.

Manitoba RCMP are investigating a gruesome Halloween display that a group believes was meant to intimidate local politicians. The Association of Manitoba Bilingual Municipalities says it involves five nearly life-sized person-shaped figures hanging from nooses in a home’s yard in Taché, southeast of Winnipeg.
