Arrest Warrant
On November 9th at approximately 3:47 p.m., a call came in with background yelling. Shortly after, another individual came on the line stating that police were not needed before the call was disconnected. Officers attended a residence on Garwood Drive, where they located a 30-year-old female who was throwing items from an upstairs window and causing a disturbance. The female was found to be wanted on an endorsed Warrant for Arrest (Theft Under $5000). She was arrested, held at BPS to prevent further disturbance, to be released later on an Appearance Notice with a future court date.
Breach of the Peace / IPDA (Intoxicated Persons Detention Act)
In the past 24 hours two individuals were arrested for Breach of the Peace and one for IPDA. All separate incidents. All three were held in the BPS detention unit to be released once sober in the morning.
Winnipeg Arrest Warrant
On November 9th while conducting a curfew check in the 300 block of 14th Street, police came across a 16-year-old female who was wanted on a Winnipeg Police Service Warrant for Arrest. The female was arrested and later released via Appearance Notice with a court date of January 13th, 2026, in Winnipeg.
Failure to Comply Undertaking
On November 10th at 1:33 a.m. police conducted a pedestrian stop in the 100 block of 6th Street with a young male and female. The 22-year-old male was to abide by a daily Undertaking curfew of which he was breaching. He was arrested and released via Appearance Notice with a court date of January 19th, 2026.
String of Robberies
At 7:12 p.m. Sunday, a robbery occurred at a business in the 1200 block of Richmond Avenue. An unknown male with his face covered demanded cash. The suspect took off running westbound and has not yet been located. Still Under Investigation.
