Breach of the Peace
In the past 24 hours four intoxicated individuals were arrested for Breach of the Peace. Each individual will be released once sober.
Arrest Warrants
In the past 24 hours two individuals were arrested on the strength of their Warrants for Arrest.
On March 11th at approximately 9:45 p.m., police were called to a residence in the 1300 block of 7th Street. Officers located a 35-year-old male who was wanted on a Failure to Comply with Release Order warrant and who was again breaching two of his conditions. When officers approached, the male fled on foot, resulting in a brief foot pursuit. He was subsequently arrested and held in BPS detention cells. He is scheduled to appear in court on the morning of March 11th, 2026.
On March 11th at approximately 10:37 p.m., police were in the 000 block of 10th Street for an unrelated matter when a 20-year-old female threw a can of beer at a police cruiser. Officers identified the female and confirmed she was wanted on an Endorsed RCMP Warrant. She was arrested on the strength of the warrant and for Breach of the Peace. The female was held in BPS detention cells and will be released once sober.
