Manitoba Hydro crews will resume work today to restore power to many Westman homes; including the towns of Souris, Wawanesa, Killarney, Elgin, Virden and the Parkland region.
Over 12-hundred customers were initially affected, but thousands more; were still without power as of 8:30am Friday morning.
