We could start seeing some American license plates around Westman soon as Ottawa announced their plans today to re-open the border.
The federal government says starting August 9th fully vaccinated U.S citizens will be able to visit Canada without having to quarantine for two weeks. Howver, there’s no word yet on when Canadians will be able to drive across the border.
The government also said it plans to allow fully vaccinated travellers from all other countries to enter Canada on September 7th.
